This is the fastest route and the only one that gets a reply. Bug reports work best here, because a message that includes the link to the broken page is far easier to act on than one that only describes the problem.

What to write about

  • Bug reports. A tool that is wrong, an unexpected result, or a page that fails to load. Include the page link and the tool name.
  • Tool requests. Proposals for new tools or improvements to existing ones. A request that explains the problem behind it is more likely to get built.
  • Partnerships and licensing. Get in touch for content collaboration, tool licensing for other uses, or DMCA issues involving files on our servers.
